Last Thursday, I started down the road to get back on track with my program. I walked a mile on Thursday and Friday before work. It felt good. I know that it's going to continue to get hot early on, so I really need to get to bed by 10pm, so I can get up at 6am... for now. Saturday morning, I walked a mile plus went to the gym. I did three sets on on machines, but I cranked out a ton of reps. I really wanted to wake up all the muscles.
Sure enough, I'm sore today! Well, my thighs hurt from all the leg work I did. It's good though. I had planned on getting back to the gym today and maybe a short swim, but I had a helluva day with cramps due to AF, so I took the day off. I'll start again in the morning.
I also started a food journal. I didn't realize how little I drink; I really need to drink more water. It's not that I drink bad stuff, I just don't drink much of anything. I drink 85% water, 10% G2 Gatorade, 5% miscellaneous. I don't drink soda, very rarely drink juice... Monday, I had 100 oz of water. Tuesday, I only drank 60 oz. I had a friend that used to drink nothing but soda, and I don't know how she did it.
My goals are in my head, but I'll have to get them written out soon. I'm working with my naturopathic doctor and I'm looking to hire a personal trainer for the next two months. I also have a referral from my doctor for a nutritionist. I signed up for a free 7-day pass at 24 hour Fitness, so we'll see how I piece this puzzle together.
Our vacation isn't set in stone yet, but we're trying to push it back to the end of July. So, I have two months to make a little magic happen.

That's great to hear!
One piece of advice - don't sign up for personal training with LA Fitness though. If you want to know why, just let me know. They triple charged my account and forged my signature for starters...
Good luck!
Yeah, I didn't get a good vibe from LA Fitness. I'm going with 24-hour fitness! I'm glad I re-read your comment though. I thought it 24!
